Mr. Foster has worked at NC Voters for Clean Elections since 2006. He works with more than 30 coalition partners to advance campaign finance and election reforms in North Carolina and serves as the organization's lobbyist at the NC General Assembly. Chase blogs on NC Policy Watch and has been published in the News & Observer, Charlotte Observer, and Independent Weekly among other publications. He was a 2009 recipient of the Independent Weekly's Citizen Award. Chase has a degree in Public Policy Analysis and African Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill and grew up in Raleigh, NC.
