Our Courts Need to Be Accountable to the Constitution & Law Not to Special Interests

An independent judiciary upholds equality and justice, preserves the rule of law and protects individual rights.  We cannot allow big monied special interests to undermine this system of fair and impartial courts and return North Carolina judges into paid for politicians.

The Fayetteville Observer and the Citizens Times argee that judges taking campagin contributions from the very special interests appearing before the in court is an "obvious conflict of interests".

We don't want our judges bought and sold and if you agree please call your legislator and tell them to say no to the provision in House Bill 65 which eliminates the Judicial Public Financing Program.
